“MAKE ALL EYES MESMERIZED BY YOUR HEALTHY FACIAL SKIN!”
Written by Gracia Dea ll Beauty
The use of skin care is crucial. For those of you who often do outdoor activities, the use of complete skincare should not be missed because the effects of UV rays and dirty air pollution are very dangerous for your skin health. By regularly using skincare, the skin will get sufficient nutrition, so that its moisture is safely maintained. Keep in mind that the skincare use is not only for outdoor activities, but is also needed when doing indoor activities.
Choosing the right skincare and according to skin type is not an easy thing. For some people, facial skin is a more sensitive area than other body parts. If you use the wrong skincare products, it could even cause skin problems. That’s why it’s important to know your skin type first.
Facial skin types can be divided into several categories:
1. Normal skin
This skin type is not too dry but not too oily either. It usually rarely has skin problems and not very sensitive. This skin type is also easier to care for.
2. Dry Skin
This skin type is prone to cracks on the surface of the skin. People who have dry facial skin usually have skin pores that are almost invisible. The outer surface of the skin looks rough and dull, and the skin is less elastic.
3. Oily Skin
This skin type tends to look shiny because of the production of excess oil or sebum. Although sebum functions to protect and moisturize the skin, excess sebum will cause the facial skin to become oily, clogged pores, and make the skin prone to acne. Oily skin usually has large pores, looks shiny but dull, and in some people there are blackheads, pimples, and dark spots.
4. Sensitive skin
This skin type is particularly sensitive, prone to allergies or irritation and rashes as a reaction to certain factors, such as the environment, food, or the use of cosmetic products. Sensitive skin is easy to peel, itchy, dry, red, and feels sore (breakout) when it comes in contact with various things that can trigger symptoms of sensitive skin. 5. Combination skin This skin type is a combination of oily skin and dry skin. A person with this facial skin type has oily skin in the T zone; the chin, nose, forehead areas, and dry skin on the cheeks.
